The Bakhtiar tribes have settled in villages around mount Zagros since 40 years ago. They are best known for their carpets which they make using hand-spun yarn of their production and herbal dyes that they gather from beautiful nature around them. Such carpets can last for generations and get more beautiful with age. The carpet here is one of such rugs.
